How Do You Make A Dream Catcher ?

I really want to make a dream catcher for my room. So can you help me ?

You'll need a few things.

You will need: a ring as big as you want your dream catcher to be
leather in a long strip in the color you want
waxed thread
feathers and beads to decorate
You can find all this at a craft store.

Wrap your hoop with the leather. Don't overlap but don't leave gaps, either. When you've completely covered the ring, glue the end in place.

Thread a large needle with the waxed thread. Tie the end on the hoop. Pull the thread about two inches and loop around the hoop. Keep doing this until you have a ring of thread inside the leather ring. See The STitch: http://www.nativetech.org/dreamcat/dreminst.html

Now do this to the middle. Keep going around and around until you reach the center. Tie off.

Decorate.

I used to make these and sell them at truck stops when I was in college for extra cash. They're pretty easy to do!
