One of the teams that have been supported by adoring fans is the Texas Rangers. One of the members of the Major League Baseball is the Texas Rangers. They have been adored by fans and supporters alike. The franchise was started in 1961 and was named after the known law enforcement agency, the Texas Rangers. The Rangers Ball Park is filled with adoring fans, each holding a Rangers ticket. The Rangers have always put on great games for their supporters.

The Texas Rangers started as an expansion team as the Washington Senators in Washington D.C. The Senators then moved to Minnesota and was dubbed as the Twins. In the 1971 season, the team moved to Arlington, Texas, and was then known under the name Texas Rangers. No matter where they played, their adoring fans filled the ballpark.Ranger tickets sell like hotdogs as supporters filled the ballpark.  

Being located in the south, the temperature sometimes gets to over 100 degrees. The Arlington Stadium where the games were held before was considered the hottest stadium in the Major Leagues. This happens particularly in the summer times. Despite the arid condition, the fans still come to watch the games. The Rangers started a tradition that is still practiced today. To spare house who bought Rangers tickets from the extreme heat, they started holding their games at night. The supporters was treated to great games and spared from the heat.

In 1994, the team moved to their new home, the Rangers Ball Park in Arlington. With the new field to play in, the Rangers saw an improvement in their plays. In 1996, they won their first American League Western Division championship. It was the first big win for the franchise. They also managed to play in the playoffs. They did not win the Series but they put on great plays for the people watching.

In 2005, the Rangers were handled by the youngest General Manager in the Leagues history. Daniels was only 28 years of age at that time. The Rangers roster saw drastic changes as players were traded and acquired to boost the team's defense and offense.

The Rangers was at its best in 2010. All their hard work and dedication resulted to another American League West Division championship. IN the playoffs during the 2010 post season, they defeated the New York Yankees to face the San Francisco Giants in the 2010 World Series. Though they did not win, the fans were still ecstatic to have been able to watch their team play great.
